Sidmouth’s record as a premier floral town has been confirmed‚ by winning Gold in the prestigious ‘Britain in Bloom’ competition. It was a just reward for the endeavours of so many across the community to enhance the town in a way that benefits its enviable reputation as a resort of distinction.
It is there in the superb displays that adorn hotels and guesthouses‚ gardens public and private‚ shops and streets. We see it too‚ in the colour that tumbles from cottage sill and wall and even the car park surrounds.
